To support companies in implementing the new Luxembourg regulations, Apsal.Net will soon integrate the management of the 2026 Conjunctural Tax Credit (CIC).
This new feature will be available in Apsal.Net update 257, scheduled for release in the coming weeks.

A simple and flexible activation process

The management of the 2026 CIC will not be automatically activated during the update. Once version 257 has been installed, you will be able to activate it at any time according to your needs.

This approach allows you to prepare your environment with peace of mind while maintaining full control over the deployment of this new feature.

Key features

The management of the 2026 Conjunctural Tax Credit has been designed to automate processes and simplify payroll teams’ work.

It includes in particular:

  • Automatic CIC calculation during payroll processing for eligible employees.
  • Full integration into payroll processes, including payslips, tax declarations, individual statements, history records, and various data exports.
  • A retroactive recalculation module, allowing adjustments to be made whenever necessary.

A solution compliant with regulatory changes

This feature has been developed to meet the requirements of the new Luxembourg regulations relating to the 2026 Conjunctural Tax Credit.

Our teams have anticipated this legislative change to ensure that you are ready as soon as it comes into force. The feature is already integrated into Apsal.Net and will be fully operational once the draft law is officially published.
