Buy-Back Program

Proximus NXT offers a buy-back and value recovery solution for your unused professional smartphones and tablets (minimum of 5 devices). Our program prioritizes reuse and refurbishment whenever the condition of the equipment allows it. Devices that cannot be reused are directed to specialized recycling channels.

How does it work?

1. Request a quote

• Download and complete the evaluation file
• Send it by email to telecomcc@proximus.lu or via the online form

You will receive an indicative quote based on the information provided.

2. Before handover: mandatory data erasure

Data deletion is a mandatory prerequisite.

The customer must:

• Back up devices to avoid any data loss
• Remove all accounts (iCloud, Google, etc.)
• Unenroll devices from any MDM or similar solution
• Perform a full factory reset

The customer remains solely responsible for their data until it has been completely erased and must confirm this via a declaration prior to handover.
No device may be transferred with accessible or residual data.

3. Collection and final evaluation

• We organize the pick-up directly at your company’s address
• A final assessment of the devices is carried out by our partner
• A final quote will be issued based on this evaluation

A credit note corresponding to the final amount will be granted, usable for the purchase of equipment (smartphones and accessories)
