This provides an overall view of consumption, as well as a summary of usage: national communications, international communications, roaming, and data usage. “You gain precise insight into your expenses and their distribution,” explains Eric Abella, Head of Service Delivery Mobile at Proximus NXT. “You can track their evolution, customize your indicators, and do all this very easily, without installing any software—simply via the web.”
The concept of administration is extremely broad. It can refer to a consolidated view of a company’s fixed, mobile, and internet consumption over a rolling six-month period, for example. This can lead to tracking key indicators: overall billed fleet by offer, breakdown of mobile, fixed, and internet telecom expenses, by individual or cost center.
Taking action to avoid unnecessary costs
The non-use of services that have been purchased but not assigned to an employee can be costly. Here too, Solutions4Reporting helps take action to avoid unnecessary payments. Similarly, it can be useful to verify the relevance of existing plans. Some older and more expensive plans may need to be replaced.
Solutions4Reporting allows users to retrieve six months of network data—mobile and fixed—to track consumption trends, identify usage peaks, and create consumption rankings based on multiple criteria (duration, cost, data volume, etc.). Everything can be reported, and Proximus NXT provides the tools to generate these reports.
Solutions4Reporting structures all billing information into an actionable format. Clients gain access to all operational metrics such as usage levels, service quality, and associated costs, which also facilitates potential internal recharging.

As a management tool, Solutions4Reporting is also a prevention tool, sending alerts to warn users in near real time about potential overconsumption. “Employees and managers often forget how many units remain in their monthly plans,” explains Eric Abella. “Everyone is focused on business goals, and no one has time to check the duration of each call. This is how overages appear on bills and costs suddenly become astronomical. It is up to you to adjust the threshold and warn users when they are about to reach their limits.”
