SOC 2 Type II compliance report signed off by EY

This report assesses the security and availability of Proximus NXT’s systems for hosting its customers’ environments. Proximus NXT is proud to announce the publication of its second SOC (Service Organization Control) II Type 2 report, issued by EY for its U-flex environment.

Following the publication of its first SOC II Type 2 report in 2019, Proximus NXT is reaffirming its commitment with this latest report. Comprising 86 control points, the SOC II Type 2 report describes the various processes and controls in place, both from a technical and organisational perspective, relating to the security and availability management of the U-flex environment, Proximus NXT’s cloud solution. The SOC II attestation is based on an internationally recognised framework and includes an independent review by an accredited third party. In this case, EY assessed the compliance of the description based on a representative sample for each of the controls.

In addition to strengthening the governance framework in place, this standardised report aims to provide Proximus NXT customers with a realistic and objective view of its maturity in applying best practices, while providing an additional guarantee of trust for prospective customers.
