Dress Code
The recommended dress code for the event is Business Casual.
In Silicon Valley, professional attire is generally more relaxed than in Europe while still maintaining a polished and professional appearance. Smart casual outfits, blazers, shirts, dresses, chinos, and clean sneakers are perfectly acceptable.
Passport & Access Requirements
For security and identification purposes, participants are required to present their passport when entering EBC facilities. We strongly recommend keeping your passport with you throughout the event days.
Please also ensure that:
-your passport remains valid for at least 6 months after your return to Luxembourg
-you hold a valid ESTA authorization before traveling to the United States.
California Weather & Air Conditioning
Although California is known for its sunny climate, mornings and evenings can be surprisingly cool, especially in the Bay Area. In addition, air conditioning is commonly used in offices, conference centers, and meeting spaces.
We therefore recommend bringing a light jacket or blazer to stay comfortable throughout the day.
