Code vestimentaire
La tenue recommandée pour cet événement est le Business Casual.
Dans la Silicon Valley, le style vestimentaire professionnel est généralement plus décontracté qu'en Europe, tout en restant soigné et élégant. Les tenues de type smart casual sont tout à fait appropriées : blazer, chemise, robe, chino ou encore baskets sobres et impeccables.
Passeport et conditions d'accès
Pour des raisons de sécurité et d'identification, les participants devront présenter leur passeport lors de leur entrée dans les locaux de l'EBC. Nous vous recommandons vivement de conserver votre passeport avec vous pendant toute la durée de l'événement.
Merci de vérifier également que :
- votre passeport est valable au moins six mois après votre date de retour au Luxembourg ;
- vous disposez d'une autorisation ESTA valide avant votre départ pour les États-Unis.
Météo en Californie et climatisation
Bien que la Californie bénéficie d'un climat ensoleillé, les matinées et les soirées peuvent être étonnamment fraîches, en particulier dans la région de la baie de San Francisco (Bay Area). Par ailleurs, la climatisation est largement utilisée dans les bureaux, les centres de conférences et les espaces de réunion.
Nous vous recommandons donc d'emporter une veste légère ou un blazer afin de rester à l'aise tout au long de la journée.
